How ordering, delivery and payment work at Isfahan Sweets.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Muscat. Choose a delivery date and time slot at checkout; our team confirms the details with you afterwards on WhatsApp.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, on selected products and subject to order cut-off times, which vary by product and delivery zone. Check the delivery estimate at checkout or message us to confirm.
How do I pay?
We accept cash or card payment upon delivery. Online payment is not available yet — if you prefer to pay in advance, place the order and message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.
How far in advance should I order a custom cake?
As early as possible, especially for themed and tiered designs. Send your reference image and date, and we will confirm whether we can meet the timeline.
Can I add a personalised message?
Yes — add your message at checkout on the product page, and we will pipe or print it as agreed.
What if nobody is home at delivery time?
Please make sure someone can receive the order at the address and time given. Additional charges may apply for failed delivery attempts due to incorrect addresses or unavailability.
Can I cancel?
Cancellations are accepted within one hour of placing your order, by WhatsApp with your order details. After that, preparation is already underway.
