At Isfahan Sweets, we take great care in preparing every cake and sweet to the highest standard. Given the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. If you have any concerns about your order, our customer support team is here to help — please get in touch and we will work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution. Your satisfaction remains our top priority.

Order cancellations are accepted within one hour of placing your order, and must be requested via WhatsApp with your order details included. Cancellation requests received after this window cannot be accepted, as production and delivery preparations will already be underway.

At this time, we accept cash or card payment upon delivery only; online payment is not yet available through our website. If you would like to arrange payment online, please place your order through the website and contact us via WhatsApp to make the necessary arrangements.
