Isfahan Sweets is a bakery and confectionery business based in Al Azaiba, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, offering cakes, Arabic sweets and celebration desserts for order online and via WhatsApp, with delivery across Muscat.

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that any information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

• All product descriptions, images and prices displayed on our website are provided for general guidance. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but slight variations in cake design, decoration or colour may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
• Prices are listed in Omani Rials (OMR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product ordered and to discontinue any product at our discretion.

• Custom or themed cake requests (including character, design or personalised message requests) are subject to review and confirmation by our team via WhatsApp or our website.
• Reference images provided by customers are used as design inspiration only; the finished product may vary from the reference image due to the handmade nature of our cakes.
• We reserve the right to decline any custom order request that we are unable to fulfil within the requested timeframe or that is not feasible to produce.

• Orders may be placed through our website or via WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us, whether automated or sent directly by our team.
• You are responsible for providing accurate order details, including delivery date, delivery address and any dietary requirements or allergy information. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided at the time of order.
• Same-day delivery is subject to order cut-off times, which may vary by product and delivery zone. Please refer to the delivery estimate shown at checkout or confirm availability with our team via WhatsApp.

• At this time, we accept cash or card payment upon delivery. Online payment is not currently available through our website.
• Customers wishing to arrange payment in advance may place their order through the website and contact us via WhatsApp to make appropriate arrangements.

• Order cancellations are accepted within one (1) hour of placing your order and must be requested via WhatsApp with your order details.
• Cancellation requests received after this one-hour window cannot be accepted, as preparation of your order will already be underway.

• We aim to deliver all orders within the timeframe confirmed at the time of booking. While we make every effort to meet delivery windows, delivery times may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery address and time. Additional charges may apply for failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient.
• Risk in the product passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided.

• Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including nuts, eggs, dairy and gluten. While we accommodate dietary requests such as eggless options where possible, we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free of allergen traces.
• Customers with allergies or specific dietary requirements should inform us at the time of ordering. It remains the customer's responsibility to assess suitability of a product based on the information provided by us.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our customer support team, and we will work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution. Our full policy is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos and designs, is the property of Isfahan Sweets and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isfahan Sweets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
